November's OPAM!

Can you believe that it's the 1st December!
That means it's time for November's OPAM.
I have seven projects finished (that I can show anyway).

 Two Christmas bon bons.
A 12" mini quilt for our Mill Rosie swap.
The four pouches I made for Mel, Sharon, Barb and Shez.

I understand that OPAM is about finished projects, but what does it stand for? (I am from the USA so please forgive my ignorance.)
